Yoga for the Blind

 

Specially-designed program for blind or visually impaired people. Develop your sense of body awareness and alignment or cultivate a deeper spatial sense of your body and proper alignment.

 

Hatha

 

A balanced combination of sustained poses, with attention to basic alignment, observing breath and body. This class focuses on purifying the body, calming the mind, and opening the heart. All levels welcome.

 

Chair Yoga

 

Gentle form of yoga that is practiced by sitting in a chair or using it for support. It is great for people with reduced mobility. 

 

Yoga for Kids

 

 (ages 4-10) - Introducing kids to basic yoga poses and a mindfulness practice.

 

Back Care

 

 

Focus on core strength, body posture, alleviating neck and back pain, and lengthening and decompressing the spine. 

 

Restorative

 

 

Relax and renew with this gentle yet dynamic form of yoga. Postures are practiced with maximum support and comfort allowing the body to open on its own.
